接這點擊課件，在房間里出示mirror，并向?qū)W生介紹說：“In my room there is a mirror.”，讓學生跟說。教師再重復說：“In my room there is a new mirror.”，再讓學生跟說。然后是air-conditioner，與mirror相同，再連起來說：“In my room there is a new air-conditioner and a new mirror.”，再是導出closet，先說：“In my room there is a closet.”，然后說：“In my room there is a big closet. ”，最后說：“There is a big closet，a new air-conditioner and a new mirror.”。教師讓學生把這幾樣東西畫在房間里，同桌之間進行相互練習說一說。點擊課件出示blue curtains，教師介紹說：“There are blue curtains.”，并通過教師動作手勢與there is 句型進行比較，并且教師可以多給學生一些比較，例如：There is a desk. There are 3 desks.等等?？傊?，讓學生明白there is 和there are句型的不同，然后讓學生把blue curtains畫上去，讓學生根據(jù)自己的畫把三個句子連起來說，教師可給學生一些鼓勵。
